For a rapid and stress-free check-in we strongly recommend arriving 4 hours before your scheduled departure. It depends on the time of year that you want to fly. August and September are our busiest months and we recommend a months notice. During the rest of the year a fortnight's notice is usually sufficient.

You must pass through a security checkpoint to access your departure gate. Security screeners will screen you and your carry-on baggage.

Go to any Red Courtesy Phone to be connected with the Communications Center. A Customer Service Desk is also located next to the main entrance to the terminal. You may always request assistance from any Airport Red Coat Customer Service Representative, Airport Police Officer or you may speak to airline representatives at the airline counters. Any of these people will be happy to assist you. Also, be aware that the airport offers free use of luggage carts for our customers.

Customers traveling should remember to check in as early as possible for their flights.
