A clear gel is placed on your belly, which helps the ultrasound waves make contact with your body (ultrasound waves travel very poorly through air). An ultrasound transducer will be moved across your belly to create the needed images. Most women are quite comfortable during the procedure, which usually takes between 20 to 40 minutes.

The desired look is obtained during the course of consultation, initial procedure and follow up procedures. Interaction between the client and the technician should be of utmost importance.
