There are multiple ways to add a location to your new map. The simplest way is to click on the map ;) If you know the full address of the specific location you wish to map then enter it in the first search blank. For example: 344 Main Street, Bellwood, PA. When you have entered the full address click the Search button and the map will be centered over that location.

Send us an update including provider name, billing address and phone number, physical address and phone number, effective date of new location, and tax identification number. The information can be mailed or faxed to the Provider Relations Specialist for your area.

Enter the Members section of PlayPages.com. Click on the Areas Covered link. In the States/Provinces scroll box, select all states in which your services are available. Hold down Control key (or Command key on the Mac) while selecting multiple states or provinces. Click on the right arrow button between the scroll boxes to add those states or provinces to the Areas Covered list. Click 'Apply' to apply the changes.

You must have a Multiple User account to have/manage multiple locations through our site. In fact, when you have a Multiple User account, each of the user accounts associated with the Multiple User account is required to have a location. Your account administrators will be able to edit properties for each of the user accounts, limiting their ability to ship and order parts. This will help you or your account administrator to control abuse of the system by employees if you wish to.
