All changes of address for students can be made through Employee Self Service in MEMFIS or through the Registrar's Office in which case they must be in writing, not via a phone call. We recommend the direct deposit mode of pay versus a mailed paycheck so that you do not need to be concerned with which address your paycheck will be delivered to in any particular month.

The "Payroll Address Form" must be completed and submitted to your payroll rep. The form will be forwarded through the proper channels to Central Payroll Bureau where the change will be made.

If you are moving within the county, simply notify the voter registrar in writing of your new address by correcting the information on your current voter registration certificate and returning it to the voter registrar. If you prefer, you may complete a new voter registration application; just check the box for change. You will be able to vote in your new precinct 30 days after your notice has been received.

Chapman University may change the name that appears on your check and tax forms after you submitted an updated Social Security Card reflecting your new name. If you are a Staff or Student employee who is submitting Time Sheets for each pay period, you are eligible to be paid Overtime.

You will get paid once a month. Paychecks are issued on the last day of the month, and you will receive your paycheck from your PC or Woods Boss on the weekend after the last day of the month. If you have direct deposit, your paycheck will be put into your account on the last day of the month, and you will receive your pay stub from your PC or Woods Boss on the next weekend.

Any modifications you make to the address information in your account profile will be reflected on any Resume posted to your account.
