However, in some cases, urethane compounds may be used. Bushings made of natural rubber offer high tensile (tear) strength and excellent stability at low temperatures. Natural rubber is an elastomeric material. Elastomeric refers to the natural elastic nature of rubber to allow movement of the bushing in a twisting plane. Movement is controlled by the design of the rubber element.

There seem to be 2 major diameters out there: '7mm' and '8mm'. 7m will let the tubes used in 7mm kits side on, and 8mm will let the from tube for american flat top pens (a.k.a.
