What do I need to do after a treatment?

Eureka Pain Relief Clinic - FAQ
Let your body guide your activity after a treatment. Some patients feel the need to rest more, which allows the repair and restoration of cells to take place. We encourage patients not to over-exert themselves with the relief of pain, as it takes time for the body to adjust and restore itself. We highly recommend a good stretching routine to help "re-educate" the muscles. This routine can be provided as part of a treatment package.
