You must know which is your print head before you can clean it. For Epson and Canon user please refer to your printer manual on how to take out the print head. This happens when dried ink clogs the nozzle in the print head (see picture). Try to clean the nozzle with a wet cotton cloth or paper towel to clean away the blocked ink. Ask for help at the nearest library service desk. If they can't fix the problem themselves, they will call the Library Business Office (x2811) or the Director's office. In the evenings they will call the Reference Department. When the machine runs out of letter size paper, it usually still has the longer, legal sized paper.
