Unfortunately, you can't. These versions of Windows can only understand FAT. NTFS can only be read by Windows NT, 2000 and XP. However, with a little work, you can use a couple of utilities from http://www.sysinternals.com "NTFS for Windows 98" and "NTFSDOS" allow you to read NTFS from Windows 95, 98 and DOS.
