None! In Australia, headers were known as extractors through the 60's and 70's by the pioneering companies that developed them. In America at the same time they were coined headers (also spelt hedders). This was in part due to the fact that they (headers) are an extension of the cylinder head. In general, you want your 'netmail' and 'netnews' parameters in static to result in valid headers, so that people can reply to you. If you can do so, get into a domain and domainize all your headers. It'll make your life easier and will do the same for people who exchange mail with you. Ceramic is generally thought to contain heat better than regular steel, thus keeping the hot gases moving through the exhaust system faster. However, a chip or abuse of the header may result in chips in the protective coating, exposing the steel underneath to water and corrosion which may lead to rust. Both shorty and long-tube headers are available for GTs and Cobras. Short tube headers make more power than stock manifolds but less than a long tube header will. The Sako extractor is a good extractor, but does have some drawbacks. The only time that I would recommend using a Sako style extractor is when changing bolt face sizes, ie. going from a .223 to a .308 or a magnum size. The Sako extractor has been known to be blown out of the action in the event of a case failure. Making the header tubes & the 4 into 1 collector larger than the standard exhaust system can be an advantage to increase flow & power. Because most four cylinder motors are mounted in the chassis offset to the right, (because of lining up the chain drive) this leaves more room on the left side of the buggy to exit the exhausts out.
