We offer you the freedom of maintaining a local presence anywhere you choose. You may obtain one Virtual Phone Number per area code up to 10 Virtual Phone Numbers per SuiteAdvantage account.

When you setup Virtual Receptionist, you may setup an extension number to be forwarded to another phone number anywhere in US or Canada, or you may set it up to go to the voice mail directly. For an instance when customer wants to contact 'Customer support' you may set it up so, it will ring a person in Ottawa, or someone in Toronto, or go to a company's voicemail.

II. Questions and answers for users who access SLED using World Wide Web browser software on their own computers:

CURRENT Voice virtual numbers allow your family and friends to call you for less. Virtual Numbers are secondary numbers that ring to your primary CURRENT Voice line. You can choose from a variety of local area codes throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico. For example, if you live in Cincinnati and have family in Miami, your family can call you for the price of a local call if you choose a virtual phone number within their local calling area.

Virtual Phone Numbers are inexpensive secondary numbers that ring to your primary SuiteAdvantage line. The advantage is that people outside your local calling area can call you for the price of a local call if you choose a virtual phone number in their area code.

Effectively no, but within reason, as numbers are a scarce resource. You can have as many Virtual Numbers as they need within the service area, subject to availability. In addition, as the need arises, you can add additional Virtual Numbers to your account.

Virtual Numbers enable businesses to create multiple phone numbers based on location. For example, a company may be interested in having prospects think that there is a local office in 12 different cities. Virtual numbers accomplish this by allowing the company to create 12 different numbers based on local area codes and prefixes. This is a useful tool where local service and presence matter, but the cost of a physical presence is prohibitively high.

Italy has changed its phone numbering system. Within Italy, you must now always dial the area code, even for local calls. If you are calling Italy from Switzerland (and probably from most other countries), you must include the zero that prefixes the area code. You should thus be dialling: 0039 0xxx yyy yyy. However this last rule doesn't apply if you're calling an Italian mobile phone from abroad. Then the number is just: 0039 zzz yyy yyy.
