Midterm and final examination dates are listed on the course materials and deadlines document provided in your course package. Final examination dates are listed on goSFU. Please note that distance courses are indicated by a C in the exam schedule.

You may reschedule an exam if you contact NICET within the time frames specified in NICET Policy 24. Print out an Exam Rescheduling Request form and follow the instructions. Depending on when you contact NICET, a fee may be involved.

Pick up an Exam Rescheduling Request Form from the Registrar or the Dean's Office and turn it in to Eric Graham in the Registrar's Office. If you have two exams at the same time or three or more exams within 36 hours, your request will be granted. If neither of these conditions are met, you may not be able to postpone an exam. To present your request, please make an appointment with Dean Miller to discuss your unusual or compelling reasons.

A colonoscopy is almost always done by a doctor, usually a gastroenterologist or a surgeon. Sigmoidoscopies are often done by primary care doctors (general practitioners, family doctors, and internal medicine doctors) in their office. Studies show that a well-trained clinical nurse specialist, nurse practitioner, or physician's assistant can do sigmoidoscopies very effectively too.

The exam will be administered on July 28, 29 and 30, 2008. The exam is administered at Widener University School of Law.

Candidates will forfeit all registration and exam fees if failure to cancel or re-reschedule an exam results in a "no show" recording with AMP. No fees will be refunded if a candidate fails to test within an assigned 90-day period. If candidates have already scheduled an appointment and either withdraw or request an extension of the testing period, it is their responsibility to cancel and/or reschedule their AMP testing appointment with AMP.

Domestic: If for any reason you are unable to take the exam on the date for which you registered, you must reschedule to avoid forfeiting your entire exam fee. In order to reschedule you must: Pay a $135 fee Candidates may only reschedule their exam date once. You can ONLY reschedule to another live exam. You cannot reschedule from a live exam to a CBT or from a CBT to a live. Candidates who do not sit on the rescheduled date will forfeit their entire exam fee.

All examinations for which you have been approved must be taken on the same day in the same testing center. Be sure to indicate on your application that you are filing for more than one examination If you are applying for both a State and local government examination, you must make arrangements to take all your examinations at the State site by calling (877)697-5627 (press 2, then press 1) no later than two weeks before the test date.

The National Board does not allow candidates to transfer registration to a different administration. If you wish to withdraw from an exam, follow the guidelines for withdrawal listed on the web site. When you are ready to take the exam you must reapply.

Exam dates are offered Wednesday preceding each seminar. We encourage enrollees to plan in advance to take advantage of these offered exam dates. Occasionally, in cases of emergency—such as needing to take one last exam in order to graduate by a deadline—we allow enrollees to take a needed examination at the Texas Municipal Clerks office. It is not a practice we encourage since the office is not as well-suited for exam-taking as the locations we arrange for regular exam dates.

You must apply for your exam by filling out the Application for Examination form by the deadline noted on the course materials and deadlines document in your course package, and arranging for a proctor to supervise your exam. SFU examination policies apply to all distance students, including those registered through Thompson Rivers University-Open Learning. All students registered in a course must write the exam on the same date.

Many people elect to take the course a few months before their exam date. You can repeat the course at half-price if you wish to take the class again just before your exam. WDC courses are usually given the week before the WREB board exam. Check our schedule for upcoming dates.

We want to know the date you registered for the exam, not the date you will take the exam. This is the date you mailed the registration fee and registration form, or the date you called and registered over the phone.

Answer: Reservations are made according to the test site's capacity and seating availability. Promissor testing centers handle license applicants from a number of different fields and sometimes a testing center becomes congested. Two week delays are not uncommon.

Students may feel they do not have time at the end of a busy semester to fill in the evaluation or want to wait until after the final exams but the timing of the evaluation is important to preserve the relationship between faculty and student. The date of the close of the evaluation is selected very carefully by the SIPA Department of Faculty and Curriculum Affairs. Although it would be ideal to have the evaluations close after the final exam or paper, that is just not tenable.

You are permitted to bring for your use during the examination a silent, battery-operated, electronic, pocket-size calculator that does not have a print capability or an alphabetic keyboard. Cell phone calculators are not permitted. The following items are not permitted in the examination room: backpacks, briefcases, suitcases, food, drink, study materials, portable computers, PDAs (personal digital assistants), or programmable calculators.
