The proper way too move a mobile home is by obtaining a move sheet. In order to get a move sheet come to the Assessor’s office. We will pull the paper work on your mobile home and get some information about it, any new owners and where it is going. The home will be totally complete from the factory. The only things that need to be done are pouring the foundation, attaching the home to the foundation, hooking up the utilities, and landscaping.

Our insurance policy does not cover any damages done by people who rent the cottage. Therefore we have established a policy of only renting to "responsible" adults (ie. people who meet our risk management requirements). Families or mature adults are readily welcome.
