Many babies with teeth never bite when breastfeeding. A baby cannot bite while actually breastfeeding because her tongue covers her lower teeth. A baby who nips the breast as she starts to pull away near the end of a feeding can be taught to stop. In the BR.21 NSCLC clinical trial, Grade 3/4 diarrhea occurred in 6% of patients. One percent of patients needed dose reduction and 1% of patients discontinued treatment due to diarrhea. Diarrhea can usually be managed with loperamide.
