In July 2000, our owner organizations, Chevron Corporation and Phillips Petroleum Company (now ConocoPhillips), combined its petrochemical businesses to form what is now known as Chevron Phillips Chemical Company LLC. We are a separate company with headquarters in The Woodlands, Texas that employs approximately 5,150 employees and has assets totaling approximately $7 billion.
