Never. Once the equipment is purchased, the only fee is the annual monitoring fee of just $167.40. This is $13.95 per month times 12 months collected annually in advance. We can also arrange for a monthly billing of $16.59 monitoring fee billed to a credit card each month.The monitoring fee is also refundable if you should terminate service. The un -used portion of the monitoring will be refunded without penalty or any type of early termination fees.

Customer must contact us to request a return authorization number. Once you've received your return authorization number, you should return your watch(es) to us, insured and properly packaged so that no additional damage occurs during transport. The Harmony will happily receive your payments by credit card, cash (US dollars or Colones), or US Traveler cheques. The Harmony accepts all major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Amex and Diners). Not all of the restaurants and businesses in the area accept credit cards, but many accept US dollars. Plan to bring small US bills because few places accept $50 or $100 bills.
