Final grades are not mailed to students. Find your grades via Web-Reg. Ask for a grade mailer if you want a printed copy.

Final grades for courses are always calculated from actual assignment scores. One exception is that if you were a version 2 (v2) user, your final grades were imported as-is from your HER v2 data -- even if they were hand-entered in v2. In HER v3, you cannot hand-enter final grades as they must be calculated from assignments.

Other Visitors: To obtain your grades, you may check TritonLink or order a transcript from the Registrar's Office. User ID/PID and Password/PAC number, are required to access your grades.

Just make sure you let the instructor know ahead of time. With the proper arrangements, your instructor will most likely let you take a proctored exam at a mutually agreeable site. Then again, your instructor might even have everyone in the class take exams on their computers.

Your final grades will be posted in PeopleSoft no later than one week after the last day of Finals Week.

The preferred method is to submit grades electronically using the Marshall Information Liaison On-Line (MILO) system. Information and the submission process are both located at this link: http://mymu3.marshall.edu/cp/home/loginf. Your login ID is your MUID # (901xxxxxx) and your PIN is your 6 digit birth date.

Pass, Pass B, Pass A and Fail. The CELTA is not a course where accepted candidates automatically pass. The failure rate, however, is not high - and candidates in danger of failing are given frequent warnings and appropriate advice. Personal tutorials take place at the half-way stage and three quarters of the way through the course; one of the main aims of these tutorials is for trainees to get a clear idea of their overall progress and their potential final grade.

Final grades in first term courses are usually available through the telephone access system during the second week in January. Second term and full course results are usually available through the telephone access system in early June. You will be sent a mark statement for the entire Regular Session at this time as well. In addition, instructors are required to post grades by student numbers at the time they are submitted to the Registrar's Office.

Please fill out an official grade request form, these forms are located outside room 210. Please note that requests will take 3-5 business days for processing.

Online feedback form used: Marks can be entered for individual assessment components. This option must be selected by the Course Coordinator when they are creating the assignment. The total of the component marks will be displayed as a grade.

If you are in a situation where you feel you must enter the marks on behalf of an instructor, you can add yourself as a second 'level 1' instructor, with 0% teaching load, which will enable you to enter and submit marks.

No, you can leave WebGrade and return to it at a later time to complete and submit your grades. If you have made any grade changes on your course roster, make sure that you select the "Preview Grades" button at the bottom of your course roster page and then click on the "Save Grades" button on the bottom of the preview page. To log out, just shut down you browser. You will need to login again when you would like to resume entering grades.

Yes. Grades may be entered from any internet-linked computer with an up-to-date browser using your login and password.

Yes. Class Action isn't a "web based" program (and does not have the security issues associated with those grading systems). However, your license allows you to install Class Action both at home and at school. Class files are separate from the program and can be easily transported on disk, USB (flash) drive, or as email attachments. Or, if you have email at home and at school, Class Action can automatically email your classes back and forth.

Shipping addresses are limited to MIT campus buildings; you cannot ship off campus via eCAT3. If a valid MIT building isn’t in eCAT3, please contact ECAT3@mit.edu. Only eCAT3 administrators can add addresses to the MIT profile.
