The formation of new collagen-fibres and a new tissue needs time! In any way a result can finally be judged earliest after eight to twelve weeks. Then it can be decided if the treatment should be repeated. One or two CIT per years are absolutely sufficient (often and more is not always better).

Shortly after the commencement of the treatment the skin will more or less start to get red. This redness, depending on the type of skin, will quickly disappear after 2 to 3 days. Hours after the treatment the prick channels in the epidermis are definitely closed. There are no objections to cover the redness 24 hours after the CIT with the appropriate camouflage cosmetics. In any case make sure they do not contain substances irritating your skin additionally.

The human body reacts to any injury to close it as fast as possible, as tiny it may be. This wound-closure is done by various growth factors forming a connective tissue (fibrosis) in form of collagen fibres. A tiny prick is not very dramatic, but the picture changes when thousands of needle pricks are set close to each other. The collagene fibres become confluent, forming a new tissue layer. To a certain extent this new collagen formation will compensate the loss of tissue layers caused by age.

Answer: The Centralized Intern Training Program operates on a budget that does not allow for interns to request their own rooms. Interns are paired with roommates, and occasionally if there is an odd number of men or women in the CIT modules an intern will be put in a single room.

Counselors-In-Training are typically burn survivors/campers who wish to transition into the role of being a cabin counselor. Counselors-in-Training must be 18 to 20 years in age. No prior experience as a camper or CIT is required, but it is preferred. Counselors-In-Training will be assigned to work under the direct supervision of a veteran counselor and will be regularly monitored by the CIT Program Manger.

CIT stands for 'Canadian Income Tax'. It is a mandatory government deduction from your pay. CPP (Canada Pension Plan) and EI (Employment Insurance) are the other two mandatory government deductions you may see.

Freezing does not harm Radiantec tubings so the real issue is the possibility of freezing damage to the rest of your home. An open system cannot operate if it is frozen. An open direct system can be purged of water by draining or with compressed air. You do not need to get all of the water out.

Our CIT (Counselor-in-Training) program is for 18 ? 20 year olds young adults who have participated in camp in the past. The CIT program gives you an opportunity to be a part of the staff training program, develop your leadership skills, and work directly with the campers.

Answer: RS Credits apply only to those taking CIT or any part of CIT for the first time. Those required to return to CIT to obtain an authorization due to lapse will not obtain RS hours.

Answer: CIT does require 100% attendance. Any portions missed in a module will have to be made up at a later time. Refer to the authorization manual for additional information.

Often this requirement is indeed satisfied by a sequence of courses offered by the same department, but that need not necessarily be the case. Related courses that are offered by different departments can be used to satisfy this requirement.
