A double Hotel room, or Double Studio, is for 2 persons. The Triple for 3 persons and the Quadruple for 4. The apartments are based on the number on Bedrooms and each bedroom can sleep up to 2 persons.

The vast majority of students here are assigned to standard double rooms. We do, however, have a handful of rooms that are over-sized and designed to accommodate three students. The fee for these rooms is slightly less. These rooms are not double rooms that have been converted to triples to accommodate overcrowded conditions. We do our best in trying to avoid triple rooms, however, triple rooms are created when student demand exceeds the number of available rooms. A triple room means a third person will be assigned to a room intended for two people. Students are assigned to triples based on their application date.
