SofLux OX is a 210 denier nylon that has been coated on the back side of the material with a polyurethane coating to make it waterproof. Acetate pages open on the top and bottom. The pages are very clear and will not have an acid reaction with your images that vinyl potentially could. Acetate pages are appropriate for color images and computer prints. They are also suitable for glossy prints or laser copies.
