After you log in to Poker you will see the "Choose a Table" tree on the right side of the screen. This will give you a list of all tables in our poker room. From the options below you can select what type of game you would like to play. Select "Play Money" menu if you wish to play for fun. We would always try to sit everyone at the same table. As a guide, the maximum number of people on one long table is 18. This would depend on other reservations on the day and space available. For larger party sizes, we may have to split the table into 2 or more separate tables. Please enquire when making a reservation.

We suggest you do. It is our goal to have you play the game you want to play. Chances are, you’ll be able to get your desired game going, even if you’re first one to take a seat. Other players will most likely arrive shortly.

Answer: During kitchen hours(see below), the cafe is primarily table service. Sometimes, during off peak times, we allow guests to order bakery items from the counter and sit at a table. This is with the understanding that if it gets busy, we may need the table for a guest who is ordering from the kitchen. Some items are only taxed if you sit at a table and "dine in".

In the General Division one member will sit. The exceptions to this are matters that are referred to the Tribunal by the Veterinary Surgeons Board, and under the, Education, Public Health and Local Government Acts. In these matters a panel of three will sit. Only 6 customers per 15-passenger van plus, of course, a driver and navigator in the captain's chairs up front. The 12-passenger van actually seats 7 passengers as comfortably as the 15-passenger version seats six (although the vast majority of the time we limit participation to 6 passengers in that vehicle). Anywhere from 2-10 people may be seated at one table, depending on the total number of individuals on the ship during a given cruise. If your party requires more than one table, we will ensure that they are located next to each other.

We require that there is no more than 3 individuls to a bottle during table service. So for a group of 4 you will be asked for a two bottle minimum since you've gone over the limit. TIP: If you call and reserve your table and have questions about bottle limits due to a large group, ask about group packages to better accomodate your situation.

You can be seated at a table in Sit Out mode for 10 minutes. After which you will automatically be removed from the table.

This not unusual when you are timed out and your session expired. The most important thing is for you to rejoin the tournament quickly. You should close the game window (table) quickly and restart the lobby (game client). Then you can rejoin the tournament while our system automatically checks/folds your hands for you. You will not lose anything except the blinds when it's your turn to post them.

All prizes are also minus your initial buy-in, e.g. for a $10+1 buy-in tourney 2nd place prize is $30 - $11 = $19.

During the 2007 convention, general seating at the crops will not be assigned. It will be on a first come, first serve basis. Therefore, it is no longer necessary to purchase all crop tickets on one order. If you are with a group of 3 or more, you may send an email to info@simplysouthernscrapbook.com requesting reserved seating for your group after you have purchased your tickets. The email must contain the name and order number of each crop attendee.

Absolutely! The majority of events work well in a buffet format, ranging from casual to very elegant upscale; also, buffets are usually more economical to host, because less staffing is required than for sit-down table service. But more formal at-table service is wonderfully executed when adequate floor space and kitchen equipment is available to do the job well! We'll be happy to advise you with your plans, considering the particulars for your event and location logistics.
