In the Australian outback, I was shooting at an oil drum with Black Hills 175 gr. match ammo. At a range of 1 mile I was able to hit the drum 12 times out of 20 shots. I have personally used a Horus scope (with a H-39 military reticle) to shot targets at 1800 yards with consistent 17" groups using Blackhills 250 grain and Jensen 270 grain.
