Your Hbc Rewards points are converted to Air Miles Reward Miles on a weekly basis. Please note that the transfer from Hbc Rewards Points to Air Miles can take up to 30 days to reflect on your Air Miles account. A minimum of 40,000 Hbc Rewards points must be redeemed. Points will be redeemed at the rate of 2,000 Hbc Rewards points for 1 AIR MILES? reward mile. Air Miles transactions cannot be reversed.

And If you apply for an Hbc Credit Card or an Hbc MasterCard you'll automatically be enrolled into the Hbc Rewards program if you aren't already - your Hbc Rewards Card will be mailed to you shortly after you are approved for an Hbc Credit Card or an Hbc MasterCard. Yes, at this time you must present both your Hbc Credit Card or Hbc MasterCard and Hbc Rewards Card when making purchases at the Hbc family of stores.

If you have an Hbc MasterCard, your Hbc Rewards card will automatically be linked to your Hbc MasterCard. For information call 1-866-640-7858. If you have an Hbc Credit Card which was approved after February 12, 2007, your Hbc Rewards card will automatically be linked to your Hbc Credit Card. If you have an older Hbc Credit Card, call 1-800-263-2599 to link to your Hbc Rewards Card.

You can redeem your points for rewards online at Redeem Points or in-store (see store locator). Just go to the Hbc Rewards service area in the Bay and Home Outfitters or the Customer Service area in Zellers. You can "pay" for your rewards by points or Points Plus Cash.

Can I still use my current Hbc Rewards card? Yes, all cards (Gold and blue) will continue to work. You will still earn Hbc Rewards points on your purchases buy you will be earning at the new points structure. You do not have to get a new Hbc Rewards Card unless you request one.

To request a new card please visit the Hbc Rewards Service Desk at any of the Hbc Family of stores. A new card will be sent by mail in 2 ? 4 weeks. Your request cannot be processed online.

Unlike other credit card programs, there's no limit to the amount of reward miles you can earn in our program.
