You and your fianc? should sit down and make a list of all family members, friends and work associates you would like to include in your wedding. Then have each of your parents make a list of friends, family members and work associates they would like to include. Remember that married couples will only receive one invitation and that single children under the age of 18 may be included on their parent's invitation.

You should order your invitations generally 3 - 5 months prior to your wedding date. At this time all of the details of the ceremony and reception, such as time and location should be confirmed. (If you are panicking because it is well past that date, don't fear because some of our card manufacturers offer 48 - 72 hour printing.

It is best to order your wedding stationery as soon as you know your ceremony and reception location OR 6-9 months in advance as recently published in InStyle Weddings Magazine. Be sure to give yourself 2 weeks to hand write all of your guest addresses and names on your envelopes! Mail 2 months before your wedding.

We require a minimum of 16 weeks to design, assemble and ship your invitations, so count back 16 weeks from the date you would like to mail your invitations. Once a design is finalized we can send your envelopes ahead of time so that they can be calligraphied. It is never too early to get started, so contact us today!

We advise that invitations should be sent out no later than 6 weeks prior to your wedding day, however 12 weeks is probably best during the busy summer months. In order for you to receive your order in plenty of time we would like at least 8 weeks to produce your invitations, that's 20 weeks before your big day but obviously the more notice you give, the better.

We advise that you place your order 16 weeks prior to your wedding. Larger orders may require more time to produce. Please contact us if your wedding is less than 16 weeks away as we may be able to help you.

Sorry... because we are a small business with a small staff, we can not accept rush orders and require a minimum of 16 weeks (prior to when you wish to mail your invitations) to complete your order.

When you know who you're going to invite, keep in mind that most likely not every individual will receive their own invitation, but rather every household will. Proper etiquette advises that you do send out invitations to adult children residing in their own abode. You may want to order a few more invitations for any last-minute guests or as family keepsakes.

Assuming that you are sending your invitations 3 months before the wedding, you should meet me 5 months before. This will give you enough time to make your final choice and should give me enough time to order all the materials. Because we receive most of our wedding orders at the same time, it is to your advantage to plan ahead.
