Educational film companies have been very cooperative with cin?16, and I encourage interested parties to contact distributors directly, who will gladly sell videos. When films are out of distribution, I'd be happy to have anyone contact the filmmaker directly to discuss royalties, as many of these people are older, and could use the money. Film speed definitely makes a difference. I recommend no less than 400 ISO. Although anomalies have been captured on 200 ISO I have found that most times anything lower than 400 ISO does not have the ability catch the rapid movement of the electromagnetic anomalies that we encounter. Generally speeds below 400 ISO do not have the ability to capture high speed or high energy anomalies, however that is not to say that it can not be done. See similar questions...
