Depending on who you're talking to, "ISO" may refer to all disc image files or only certain kinds. We used to recommend Giri Giri as a Saturn emulator - this only supported bin/cue files so we converted and named our Saturn isos accordingly. Now we recommend SSF which just supports mounted images so we don't convert games to bin/cue anymore. However we've kept the naming convention anyway.

You can't. WinCue currently has no support for .cue files. If you wish to use .cue files with Winamp, try the mp3Cue plug-in instead. I don't know if it's any good, but it's supposed to read .cue files. Create a playlist in Winamp and import it into WinCue by selecting "Steal Playlist" from the "List" menu. Because of changes in how skinning works in Winamp 5 you have to switch to a classic skin in order for the WinCue window to appear.
