The camper checks in with the registrar, turns in store money to store manager, visits the camp nurse, gets settled in cabin and meets counselor, takes swim test, and signs up for horses, if needed.

After you submit your registration forms and complete payment, we will attempt to enroll you in the course. In the meantime, you should attend class, even though you may not be officially enrolled. Once we are able to enroll you in the class, we will notify you via mail the day after you are enrolled in the course. Most students are enrolled within the first three days of the quarter, and we will continue to try to enroll you through the tenth day of the quarter.

If you have been assigned a room and have been admitted to a hospital bed, then you will be transported to the pre-operative holding area about 30 minutes prior to your operation.  Your family may remain in your room or wait in the Surgery waiting area on the second floor.  It would be helpful if family members or friends notify the nurses’ desk or the waiting room receptionist of their whereabouts, so that we can find them to let them know that your surgery is over.

Yes, assuming there are openings. Since there is a limited number of horses and they need to be properly rested between rides, we do have a limit on the number of weekly and day riders we can accommodate. The weekly rides are popular and can fill up, so if you are considering riding horses, indicate that on your application. This will reserve a position for you.

There is no day-of registration, but you can \"Late\" register the day before the event between 12-4 pm in front of the Tim Hortons store in Port Dalhousie, St. Catharines on the Saturday before the event . A $10.00 late fee will apply per person.

After the flight is completed, the pilot will issue your child the official EAA Young Eagles certificate. The pilot then returns the registration form to the EAA Young Eagles office where the flight will be officially registered in the World's Largest Logbook. You and your child will be able to see the flight information on the Internet at the Young Eagles website (www.YoungEagles.org). At the same time, we understand that privacy is important.

Registration is a 2 stage process that verifies your address and banking information. Registration does not take payment from your bank and the information supplied is only accessed by our account manager to process your card payment when your order is ready for dispatch. The card information you provide for payment must match the details registered with your bank for us to be able to process your order.

It is best to use the program every day, but sometimes life does not work out in such a way that this is possible. Missing a day is okay, and you should adjust your use of the program to fit your life-style. Every day is best, but if you can only do five times a week, or every other day, that is fine.

The morning schedule runs as usual until 10am. We want you to gain the most out of your last day, so we leave it to the last minute for you to check out of your room at 11am. At 11.30 am depending on the retreat, there is either a final workshop, or alternative session such as cooking demonstration on shorter stays. You may also choose to book treatments for the morning. Our last meal for the retreat is lunch and departure is after 2pm.

Mountain Day is the annual fall break from classes that has been a Smith tradition for more than a century. On one beautiful, crisp fall day, the President will declare Mountain Day! College bells in the Quadrangle, the Helen Hills Hills Chapel and College Hall will ring at 7:05, 7:15, and 7:30 a.m. to announce the holiday. Classes and academic appointments are canceled until 7 p.m. Please note that evening events, like films and lectures, will be held as scheduled.

Registration will be just before the kick-off reception and dinner on Saturday, July 7 from 2 - 6 pm. Please come to the registration area and drop off your bicycle and bags before returning rental vehicles or taking your car to long-term parking. For those unable to make it to the festivities on Saturday there will be an hour available for registration on Sunday, July 8 from 6:30 - 7:30 am.
