Your CD will be shipped on the day of your order, straight from our UK warehouse. It will typically take a few days to arrive in the UK, and between 7-10 days for the United States and rest of the world. If after that time you decide the CD hasn't dramatically improved your sleeping, then simply contact us and we'll send you full details on how to return it. As soon as we receive the CD, we'll give you a full refund (minus our original S&H).
