Not at this time. For the foreseeable future, the names that are in use today will continue to work, and will be transitioned to point at the CULink servers as a part of the migration. This allows users configured to the name "buffmail.colorado.edu" and "mail.colorado.edu" to use that name to access the CULink service. Yes, e-mail folders have been migrated.

For both incoming and outgoing mail server put mail.yourdomain.com there is also an automatic setup facility within your mail manager.

When I try to open a .exe attachment using WebMail, Internet Explorer seems to hang while it appears to be opening a page.

Answer: Add "SMTPMTA_Outbound_Line_Length=xx" to your notes.ini file, where xx is the line length (default is 75). You can also set "SMTPMTA_Inbound_Line_Length=xx" for incoming mail.

The incoming mail server is pop.lynx.net and the outgoing mail server is mail.lynx.net. Make sure you type them all in lower case. Please go to "Settings" menu and click on the "Rebuild Indexes" button to re-arrange the order of the emails.

Encryption, decryption and digital signature endorsement should take place centrally on the mail server-iQ.Suite makes this possible-and be in compliance with corporate guidelines. This allows businesses to check e-mails for viruses and other negative content before encryption/decryption and delivery. When client-based encryption solutions are used, running such checks centrally is not possible because incoming and outgoing e-mails are already encrypted by the time they get to the server.

The incoming (POP3) and outgoing (SMTP) server names are both mail.xecu.net. If you are dialing into one of our national access numbers, you may need to use relay.xecu.net as your outgoing (SMTP) server.
