Generally "No". Ghost generally haunt places, not people. There are a couple of exceptions to this rule. First, Spirits of family members are believed to be able to follow their living family members. It is believed that they are able to do this, so they may protect or just to watch them grow up and in a sense, still be a part of their lives. Second, Evil or demonic spirits can follow a living person.

The odds of this sort of event happening are extremely low, a virtual impossibility. Ghosts, like humans, are creatures of habit and when they are comfortable in a certain situation, or even at times uncomfortable, they generally will not "move" from one residence to another.
