Following successful completion of your examination the certificate can be accessed by going back into 'My Classes' and clicking 'certificate view'.

Even if you believe that you never had a birth certificate, you should follow the instructions to request a certified copy from the Tennessee Vital Records Office if you were born in Tennessee. If no record of your birth is located, the Vital Records Office will send you a letter certifying that no record is on file. Many agencies that ask you for a birth certificate will accept this certified letter from the State of Tennessee in place of a birth certificate.

If you have been cleared for graduation, you are eligible to receive your certificate or diploma after your actual graduation date. You must be cleared of any holds on your account (i.e. accounts payable, financial aid, library loans, or student loans). You can pick-up your certificate/diploma at the Enrollment Services Center or may request to have it mailed by completing the Certificate/Diploma Release form.

After 1985, the state stopped issuing lifetime certificates and required that certificates be renewed every five years.

Digital Certificate is an electronic document that binds a public key to an entity such as an organization, machine, or a person. The binding of the identity and the public key is done by the issuing CA. The issuing CA will assume the responsibility of verifying the identity of the requesting party. The requesting party is the entity requesting the binding of its public key to its identity.

A Certificate of Existence (often referred to as "Certificate of Good Standing") is a document that verifies that a corporate entity is registered in its "home state." This document is obtained from the state in which the corporation is based. It is often required by banks and landlords to verify the legal existence of the entity, and by a state in which the entity is filing as a "foreign entity."

A Certificate of Authority is a document that verifies that a foreign entity is registered in the state of Georgia.

A Fire Certificate is an annual certificate issued to a public building and to an industrial building. Under the Fire Safety Act Section 20, the owner or occupier of any public buildings such as offices, hospitals shopping complexes and industrial buildings that fall within the following criteria is required to apply and obtain a Fire Certificate :- ii. has a floor area or site area of at least 5, 000 square metres ; or iii. exceeds 24 metres in habitable height

A TDG certificate is required to be kept on the individual when they are working. Most people keep it in their wallets. If a Transport Canada inspector requests to see your TDG certificate while you are working, you are required to show it to them.
