There is a wheelchair entry. There is one shower which has a built in seat which allows a handicap person to take a shower by themselves. However, the shower it self is not wheelchair accessible (the person must be assisted into the shower seat). Also, the toilet also does not have wall handles. We have had handicapped/wheelchair-bound guests at our Lodge before. It has never been a problem.

A handicap is a way of showing the number of shots a golfer is expected to take playing a round of golf in relation to the par of the course. The better a player gets, the lower their handicap becomes (so a play with a 5 handicap has achieved a higher standard than a player with a handicap of 25 for instance). It´s a clever way of compensating the players with a number of strokes so that players of differing abilities can then compete fairly against one another and enjoy the game.
