Engadget, I believe I am among the first to post a cool feature of the Wii, which is incorrectly stated in this article. The Wii's blue LED light will ALSO light up when you receive a new friend-mail message over the Wii's wifi connection. This light stays on and breathes like a standby mode for a computer. Looks very cool. My brother-in-law got a Wii this morning and we spent part of the day playing with it at my parents' house. It was fun.

However, the way XP handles USB devices may cause you to lose the device occasionally. This is because XP assigns virtual USB ports to multiple devices on the same USB bus. With the current adapters you cant, the USB modem is the DSL equivalent of a WinModem and requires some processor power to perform the modem functions and convert the ATM data into TCP/IP for presentation to the PC. Yeah, you can attach them, but they don't actually do anything. Kind of a bummer, too, since using that on-screen keyboard of theirs is kind of a pain -- we often aim off our letter when pressing the A button to type.
