If a website you trust is not loading, the chances are that PeerGuardian 2 is blocking it, if you are confident that none of your peer-to-peer or insecure applications operate via HTTP on port 80 or 433 then you can simply allow all connections on these ports. The status screen allows HTTP blocking to be turned on and off via the button shown above. The status text next to it says what is currently happening.

The simple answer is: "It hasn't." This misconception is usually caused by the site in question having migrated to the Apache Web server software, but not having migrated the site's content yet. No when you're downloading something off the net or on a network. PG2 will block out the bad IP ranges that have be deemed bad for you. No you should not worry about downloading when PG2 blocks something a ton of times. The receiving end receives your IP as a dead end and they can not prove that you were downloading copyrighted material. Let PG2 do its job and let it block.
