If your connection speed is less than 500 Kbps, we suggest that you stop the video and wait until the entire video finishes buffering before playing the video. It is also possible that your video download speed is slow or inconsistent. In this case, you can try pausing the video until the entire stream is downloaded, then play the video.

Some computers cannot display video unless they are in 24- or 32-bit color mode. To see if you are in this mode right-click on your desktop and choose 'Properties' then click the 'Settings' tab.
