The most important stuffs are,Passport, I-20, your tickets and contact addressess of your Graduate program director and the International students office.Make copies of them and have a copy in all your luggages.Port of entry can be any place in US (Say Chicago,New York....)where you land first and talk to the immigration officer.He would staple a sheet of paper called I-94 in your passport.Keep it safe.

All luggage is transported in our custom trailers between inns and campgrounds. You need only carry food, clothing and personal items desired for that day's activity.

With a full load of 6 passengers our Chrysler Grand Voyager should be able to carry 4 large suitcases and up to six pieces of hand baggage. Less passengers means we can carry more luggage. Your main luggage will be transported in support vehicles or by porters unless otherwise stated. A day pack is necessary to carry camera, sunscreen, snacks & small items with you. Please pack as light as possible as you will still have to carry your own gear to and from the hotel and loading onto the bus each day. Suitcases are not recommended.

With one exception, we transport your luggage from the vehicles to your hotel, or cruise. Bellboys will move it from the lobby, to your room, for a small tip. You will need to carry your luggage onto the train if taking the overnight sleeper, but again, you can pay someone to carry it on and off for you. The cabin attendant will also assist in putting it up on the rack if you wish. We do suggest using a small overnight bag on the train, so you do not need to open your large suitcase.

Traditional Ferry: There are luggage racks on all of the ferries to store your carry-on luggage at no charge. If you have more than a couple of items you can rent personal pallets from the freight office. Pallets are available on a first come first serve basis. They are approximately 4X4X2 and cost $7.85 each. Personal pallets are available on the traditional ferry only and must be accompanied by the individual who rented them.

Yes, you can store your hand luggage in one of our lockers at our plaza desk for free. These lockers are locked with a key, which remains at our desk during the tour. If you rather store your luggage in a different locker this is possible. In the airport there are several possibilities. The airport lockers are for rent starting from 5 Euro per 24 hours.

Each passenger is allowed no more than 5 kg of hand luggage to be taken into the cabin. The hand luggage cannot exceed 115 cm (55 cm long, 25 cm high, 35 cm deep), including handles, side pockets and wheels. You can use the measuring device at the check-in and departure gate to check the size of your hand luggage. There are no lockers available on the M.S. Chi Cheemaun however there is ample room for carry on luggage in the mid ship walk on passenger area. Customers requiring assistance with luggage should advise Ticket Agent when purchasing ticket.
