Ordering bracelets is much easier if you know your correct wrist size. When you order a bracelet from us, we want it to fit you properly. These simple instructions tell you how to measure your wrist properly so you can be sure your bracelets will fit right and not too lose. To determine bracelet size using a flexible measuring tape, measure just above the wrist bone (see image).

To measure your wrist size, find a measuring tape, wrap it around your wrist and take the reading. If you do not have a measuring tape, use a rope to wrap around your wrist, then measure it with a ruler. Give yourself some extra room according to your comfort level by selecting a slightly larger size closest to your reading. Note: The sizes shown are approximations only. There might be a deviation of up to one eighth of an inch in the actual size.

The easiest way is to take a piece of string and wrap it around your wrist, where you intend to wear the bracelet. If you are measuring for our bead bracelets, please allow at least one additional inch for breathing room.

Use a measuring tape to get your wrist measurements at the wrist bone. If you do not have a measuring tape, use a string or piece of yarn and then measure it with a ruler.

While wearing a Sabona copper bracelet it is normal for the skin underneath to turn green. This indicates that the copper is being absorbed into the bloodstream. Washing with soap and water will remove the green mark. Our magnetic bracelets are made from the highest quality stainless steel; therefore, these bracelets will not discolor your wrist.

You want them to be slightly loose, but not so loose that it will flip or rotate easily. For example; if your wrist is 7, you want a Watch that is slightly larger, 7? or 7? should do. If you stretch watch is too tight, it will probably over-stretch and can break in time, be sure it is slightly loose.

Millimeters (mm) are always used for accurate measurement of our wrist watches. The case size is always noted in our watch descriptions. For measurement of round style watches: We measure the outside diameter of the case, not including the winding crown. Example: (36mm dia.). For measurement of square, rectangular or cushion style watches: The first measurement is taken across the case, outside edge to outside edge, not including the winding crown.

The majority of our men's cuff bracelets are of an industry standard length of 6 1/2 inches. Ideally, most men will be able to wear this length comfortably as each cuff can be stretched slightly to allow for it to go around the wrist and then squeezed back to snuggly fit around the wrist.

Click on "Measuring" in the left-hand navigation sidebar on the Home Page, which will take you to a whole page describing how to measure your wrist. Please bear in mind that a chain that seems loose when you only have a few beads on it will tighten up as it fills up with beads.

Bracelet & chain size, simply measure the circumference of your wrist and Add 1". ( if = 7" add 1" so select size 8" L.) Bangle bracelet size, measure the circumference of your tightly clenched hand with your four fingers straight and your thumb turned in to touch your pinky. Please measure over your knuckles, fist area. ( if = 8" select size 8" L.) Cuff & hinged bracelet size, measure the circumference of your wrist.

Proper bracelet sizing requires special expertise and experience. It also requires the presence of the watch owner to insure a proper fit. The standard size for bracelets is generally 7 inches for link bracelets and hook bracelets, 6 inches for cuff bracelets, and 8 to 9 inches for bangles. To measure your own wrist, it is best to use heavy cord rather than paper or string in order to get a more accurate measurement. Measure more loosely for a link, hook or bangle bracelet and more closely for a cuff bracelet.
