Email us letting us know you need your registration code. Include your full name, mailing address, approximate timeframe when you purchased, and the email address you likely used when you purchased. Don't forget to mention which program you had purchased.

License keys are not sent. You can just hit the "I've Paid" button if/when you see the license panel again and as long as you are on the same machine/logic-board, it should work. Sometimes Paypal's IPN service is slow to register the purchase, please wait several hours and try the "I've Paid" button again.

Please contact a Donate Life California Registry administrator at info@donateLIFEcalifornia.org. Also, you may sign up again with your most current information and your most recent registration record will be used in the event that you are a potential donor. However, it is recommended that you keep your Registration ID and password in a safe place for making updates.

Email us with your request along with as much information that was used during your registration as possible. We will validate that information and send you the license key via email.

Press Windows button Start -> Control Panel -> System -> Advanced -> Settings (under Performance) -> Data Execution Prevention -> Add SmartSync.exe to the list.

Easy: just write to the author who has programmed the product. Send him an email, specify your full name and email address which you used when you ordered the key first (there seems to be a tendency to change email addresses at least 3 times a year). Contact addresses of all authors can be found here.

Contact Jean Walker and Associates and they will replace your key. There is a charge of $25 for replacement keys.
