If you fail in XL, You will have to repeat the course until you pass. There will be a hold on your registration and you need to take the XL class again to clear the hold. If you are withdrawn from XL due to absences or other reasons, you will have to repeat the course. If you are a returning student and withdrawn from XL, you will be withdrawn from university also.

You will only have to repeat the areas that are deficient and not have to repeat the whole entire process again. The fee will be $800/scanner for clinical or phantom images and $1600/scanner if you have to repeat both. You will have 60 days to submit the repeated images.

A minimum score of 70% is required to pass the test. If you don't pass the first time you can take it again 60 days from the date of the last exam.

If you fail the test (i.e., score below 70%), you can take the posttest again. In fact, you can take it as many times as necessary.
