RETURNING GOODS: Oops! I ordered the wrong part. Can I return it?

Because an Electus sale is a commercial transaction we are not obligated to accept your goods unless the product is faulty, incorrectly supplied or does not function as advertised(refer warranty policy). A 20% restocking charge will be applied to all goods returned for credit (conditions apply). Be more specific. If you find that your search word has produced too many results, refine your search by adding a descriptive word (adjective).

RETURNING GOODS: Can I return goods straight away?

You will need to contact an Electus Salesperson before returning any goods. An R.A (Return of goods Authorisation) form needs to be filled out.

How do I return goods incorrectly ordered or supplied?

Simply call any of our locations for details on how to return goods and what information is required. Typically if your goods are in the original package and have not been opened or used in any manner, we will accept the return with no restocking charges. If you are unable to return to our stores personally, a RGA umber may be required to insure your return is processed correctly.

Items can be returned within thirty days of purchase if they have not been opened or used as they must be in resalable condition. All returned items go through an inspection and approval procedure before credit is given to the customer. If you have ordered the wrong part or would like to return an item, you have 30 days from date of purchase to complete your return. Parts must be in original condition. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted and no adjustments whatsoever can be made after 30 days. All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please call 480-661-8259 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization before shipping any parts back to us.

This is a well-known bug of RealProducer which works incorrectly with some MPEG4 video codecs like DivX, etc. We could suggest to uninstall RealProducer and Windows MediaPlayer. Reboot your PC.
