Some depots do arrange for transfers from specific hotels and the airport. It is important to inquire to your Reservations Associate about transfers at the time of booking so they can make the necessary arrangements with the depot ahead of time.

We provide FREE courtesy coach transfers to and from Auckland Airport during office hours. We can also drop off or pick up from your hotel in Auckland. Here is a map showing a route starting from the AKL International Airport and ending at our Auckland rentals depot.

the time of booking, the Reservations Associate will tell you when to call ahead and arrange a specific depot time. After signing you rental contract, be prepared to spend approximately 90 minutes to go through your vehicle orientation. At this time, the employee will explain the operation of the vehicle, and they will be happy to answer any questions that you may have.

You should bring any one who is going to be an additional driver so that they may sign the contract and appear on the insurance. The booking must be in the name of the credit card holder. This person must be present at the depot to sign the rental contract.

You will be at your preferred accommodation within 25 minutes if using a taxi. Shuttles and buses take a little longer.

We are very cognizant that pain control is very important for the patient's well being. Medications are provided to control the level of pain. The typical patient, however, requires only Tylenol and occasional Tylenol with Codeine for control of pain.

Generally speaking, we do not want anyone to drive until approximately 30 days after surgery, just to let you get over some of the soreness from surgery without depending on your reaction time while turning the steering wheel or having to brake. Sometimes people can start driving earlier, but we certainly do not want patients who are on narcotics or pain pills to drive. We suggest when you start to drive, you drive in an area that is very quiet so you can get your "driving legs" back.

All packages begin and end at the railroad depot. Please arrive at the Denali Park railroad depot at 1:00 p.m. Our private bus departs promptly from the depot at 1:30 p.m. At the end or your stay, you will return to the depot at approximately 11:30 a.m.

We have a national network of depots for you to drop off your car. When you click-through the link on your valuation email to book an appointment, we will match your postcode to the depot nearest you. You can then arrange an appointment at that depot or any other depot that suits you best. All of our depots have excellent transport links and are well sign-posted making them easy to find.

A service company will just ship you the part that you need. You need to first diagnose the problem, call the service company and order a part. Then the part is shipped directly to you and you need to install it in your system. Then you need to pack and ship back the defective part. This can be a time consuming process.

You will be pleased to know that our extensive selection of rental vehicles is a mix of both manual and auto vehicles. All drivers should have held a full driver's licence for three years or longer. A current acceptable overseas, New Zealand or International licence is required from all intending drivers.
