You should receive a postal mailing to your home address containing a 25 character "Registration Code". Visit https://netid.uconn.edu and click on "Use your Registration Code to set your NetID password" in the "New users" section. After verifying your identity by entering your NetID, Date of Birth, and either your Student Admin (Peoplesoft) ID or your Payroll ID, you will be prompted for this Registration Code. Enter it, including the dashes, and you will be allowed to set your password.

Why haven't I received a confirmation/password reset email from you?

If you cannot get them to work, then check you are entering your email address as the username and cut and paste the password from the email. If this fails then try it on a different computer.
