Enco ships most small parcels (under 120 lbs.) via UPS; larger items must ship via truck. On truck shipments, we cannot determine the trucking company that will carry your order until the day your order is supposed to ship. After you receive your shipping confirmation, you can e-mail us and request the name of the trucking company and a PRO number; we will gladly provide this information upon request.

Standard delivery time is 5-6 weeks after receipt of your purchase order - dependent, partly on your distance from the factory and on the products you have selected. At certain times of the year, this may extend to 7-8 weeks from receipt and entry of your order. To enter your order, we must have all finish and delivery information. Pre-scheduling (prior to order entry) may be available under certain circumstances. Use the Sales Department Contact Form to obtain pre-scheduling information.

The normal delivery time on all orders is (14) working days from the date we process the order.We process Premier Designs order daily. You will be sent an email that shows your order was received, and then another email is generated when the order is shipped with the UPS tracking number.

If the item is going within the UK, delivery normally takes 24 hours if an order is placed from Monday to Thursday. If the item is going to Europe, delivery normally takes a week. When placing your order online at citypass.com you'll choose from a range of UPS shipping methods. An expected date of arrival is provided for each shipping method.

We promise to provide you with timely and accurate delivery of products. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt. (Processing time does not include weekend days.) Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. (Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.)

Most items are held in stock, or are on short delivery. We aim to have most orders ready for despatch within 2-3 working days of receipt. But 90% are despatched on the next weekday. As a manufacturer, we may have some producs undergoing rework or remoulding, and in these cases extra delays will be expeienced. Delivery to anywhere in the World should be within 28 days of receipt. Special courier services can be arranged for you if required.
