We ship standard UPS ground within 24 hours of placing your order--average delivery time is 3-4 business days unless "rush" shipping is requested (Next Day or 2nd Day Air).

Order Processing Time - This is the time from when you place your order until it is ready to ship. We do our best to ship within 24 hours after you place your order (weekdays only). Shipments are not made on weekends or holidays, because UPS does not pick up and our warehouses are closed on weekends and holidays. So, if you place an order on Friday afternoon, the earliest possible shipping date is on Monday. Orders with rush shipping are given priority and are shipped first.

International orders are shipped via UPS Express and barring any interference from customs should take 3-5 business days to arrive. However, customs will often hold packages for extended periods of time.
