Test authors write technical questions used in the ReviewNet on-line test system to assess the skills of job candidates. ReviewNet test questions are scenario-based. For each question, an author writes 5 answer choices with rationales behind each answer. The questions are written to follow an outline that identifies the knowledge to be assessed in the evaluation.
