The new Precision Cart allows you to download your customers’ order information and import it directly into QuickBooks! The 4 customer fields are Domain Name, Credit Card Number, Credit Card Expiration Date, and Name on Credit Card. In the new window that pops up, enter the Four labels as company, Credit Card, Exp. To move an entire data file from one computer to another, you can back your data file to floppy disk(s) and restore it to another computer. To do this, click on File, Backup or File, Restore. All the information contained within any QuickBooks report can be exported to a Text (ASCII), Excel or tab delimited file. Money has provided Quicken conversion tools in all recent versions of Money. These converters have supported import of the "previous" version of Quicken and older versions. Yes. In the Salon Office module there is a menu option under "Utility" called "Quicken," and under that are two options, "Report" and "Export to File." The export function accepts a date range. It uses that date range to retrieve receipt records and calculate the total from those records. It then writes the total information to an external file that Quicken and Quickbooks can import. There should not be duplicate entries when you merge the data. The software will be set to merge using the VFC PIN# for the providers. As long as all users in a program use the same PIN for a provider, then the visit data will all be merged into one record for that provider.
