First, report your illness to your physician. Then call the Southern Nevada Health District’s Office of Epidemiology at (702) 759-1300 to report your illness. For additional information on reportable diseases, visit the Epidemiology webpage.

All suspected food poisoning complaints must be called at 916-875-8440. You should call the department as soon as possible in order for the district Environmental Health specialist to complete a thorough investigation. Be sure you have the restaurant's name and a street address before calling. Also, consult with your doctor if your symptoms are severe and/or you want a definitive diagnosis.

Most people who have braces carry a little dental kit to help them in such situations. A dental kit should contain a dental pick, some floss and floss threaders, a toothbrush, and some toothpaste. A travel cup is also a good idea. It is easy to put one together yourself. All these items are compactly offered in a product called DentaKit Braces Survival Kit, which is pictured here on the right. This is a product that I created a few months after getting my braces.

Once we receive complete information from the input forms (or acceptable substitutes) on the restaurant, it takes 3-5 business days to process your Restaurant Valuation Report. The RVP will be shipped out according to your shipping instructions - when you put down your deposit. Upon receipt of your valuation report - the remaining balance is due.

We do not have a restaurant on the premises however we do serve room service breakfasts and there are several good quality restaurants and cafes within a short walking distance (500m).
