The class "C" motorhome is the workhorse of the RV rental business, comprising a vast majority of motorhome rentals. Class "A" motorhomes are very much in demand, and generally rent for more than class "C's". The challenge with class "A" rentals is the size and complexity. Good screening and training practices are particularly important. Many larger class "A" motorhomes are "diesel pushers". This means that the engine is diesel, and in the rear of the vehicle.

It’s best to keep cooking minimal, though most RVs come outfitted with small sinks, refrigerators, stoves, and microwave ovens. Not always, but it helps immensely if you are “fulltime.” Some missionaries depend on profhet chambers or a fellow Christian’s home in the fair city for living quarters. These are not always available and obviously can restrict where, or how many fairs you may be able to work. You may elect to stay with friends, relatives or motels. However, motels can be costly. If you are considering part-time service, these options may be viable.

Home and Recreational Vehicle (RV) units are designed and manufactured to U.S. national and international standards for specific CO levels and operating characteristics. These levels and operations are substantially different from those needed for aircraft use. Also, home/RV units do not correct for altitude. In addition, many do not correct for relative humidity and/or temperature.

Vehicles towing a trailer with a 5th wheel hitch over 7' 6" are now entitled to a discounted rate on Thruway tolls. Customers who tow these types of trailers, campers or boats (fifth-wheels or gooseneck) are eligible to receive a special tag which also allows them to use a dedicated E-ZPass lane. You should be clear about what you want before undertaking out to rent a motorhome. Research shows that Class C motorhomes are popular because of their safety record, which is the highest among all motor homes. They also have more sleeping capacity and better fuel consumption.

Because many of us have one of these rigs, there is a wealth of knowledge and experience available. We can share with you the pros and cons, styles, brands, dealers, tips of what to look for, what's helpful for everyday living etc. The ultimate decision is yours and is determined by your needs and finances.

If someone gives you a motorhome, trailer, or 5th wheel then you have gotten a really good deal! Praise the Lord! This has happened as is certainly within God's power to provide in this manner if He so wills. So, you should let your church and Pastor know God is directing you into this ministry, and ask people to pray about your need for a travel vehicle. People have been known to "give" rigs when they know there is a need.

RV's are also permitted as long as an excessive amount of trees between and behind the home need not be cut down to provide for sufficient space. Motorcycles are permitted as long as they are equipped with a factory muffler, or equivalent. Loud motorcycles will not be permitted.

If there is ample room to properly station an RV on the driveway without obstructing access to public sidewalks and right-a-ways. An RV may also be stored in the rear yard behind a solid six foot fence if there is sufficient access. An RV may NOT be stored on public streets.

That is the beauty of a motorhome; you can go wherever you want. Having said that, camping in California is usually restricted to campgrounds. Some campgrounds limit the size of motorhomes that can enter them. Also, some campgrounds have full hookups (water, electricity, and sewage) while others are for "dry" camping only.

To do this, you have to change some items in your pine config. Go to the Main menu in Pine. From that, choose "Setup" by pressing the "S" key. Then choose "Config" by pressing the "C" key. If you have just had new tires installed and you feel or see a wobble it is more likely that the tire is the cause not a bent wheel. What can happen when mounting a new tire is the installer fails to get the new tire fully seated on the rim. It may be close and because the tire has a tube in it there will be no leak to give it away. Carefully examine the sidewall of the tire where it meets the rim to see if there is any indication that the tire is not fully seated.
