This could be one of a number of problems, but the most frequent is a browser problem... Some browsers don't recognize the HTML code <INPUT TYPE=IMAGE...>. I think Netcom NetCruiser still has this problem, and older versions of other web browsers. You'll need to upgrade your web browser.

MapSpinner is a free application for creating image maps visually. There is a shortcuts to this application in the Tags : Image Map menu. Press the option key when selecting the application in the menu to view additional information about the application.

Open the map image file using the file -> open menu item. Ensure that the image resides on writeable media as the georeference data is saved in a file in the same location. When issuing a map request that contains only a legend spec with no drawable map data (not specifying any basemap/themes/features), MapViewer will generate a map image that contains only the map legend. You can then get the URL of this legend image and show the legend somewhere in your web application external to the map images generated. This is more efficient than embedding a legend in every generated map.

To change the image size of your map, click the Crop button on the map view toolbar , then drag a box around the map view you want included in your map output file. A dialog box opens for you to set the size of your map file. If you have already set the image size, remove your crop with the Delete Crop button, then crop the map again.

A map has a notion of comparison, since one of its template parameters is a comparison function. However, operator< for maps uses the elements' operator< rather than that comparison function. A datum is a mathematical model of the Earth. Map makers may use a different model to chart their maps, so position coordinates will differ from one datum to another. Lines of latitude and longitude on a map or chart are referenced to a specific map datum. Every chart has a map datum reference. The datum for the map you are using can be found in the legend of the map.

First create the user in NT that you'll want to have mapped through Authentix. Once you've done this, edit your NTFS security properties for the directory or directories you want protected.
