On dialing the access number from any phone number which is previously registered with us, the available call credit will be announced in Dollars and Cents. After entering the destination number, the number of available minutes to that number will be announced.

You can make a balance transfer request online if you already have a Capital One credit card. It only takes a few minutes to complete the request. Read more about balance transfers.

If a student's finalized financial aid exceeds their charges, they will be given an exchange check for the amount of the overpayment. Stafford and PLUS loan monies may be disbursed no earlier than the end of the second week of the semester; PELL and TAP grants are typically not disbursed until after the fifth week of the semester. Students who live off campus will have their exchange checks mailed to them.

Credit balances will carry forward to your next service statement. In fact, you may prepay your account for one month’s service. Your electronic service statement, which will be available to you online, will reflect your current balance. Payments will not be processed for less than $5.00, nor will accounts with less than a $5.00 balance be charged a late fee.

Students receiving Federal Title IV financial aid (i.e. Perkins Loans, all types of Stafford Loans, and Pell Grants) will automatically receive a refund. All other students must complete a refund request form in the Office of Student Accounts to receive a refund. Students are advised to monitor their student account regarding the disbursement of their refund checks.

You may receive a refund if you have a current credit balance on your account. All pending funds must be disbursed to your account prior to the refund being issued. If your account was paid by credit card, the refund will need to be issued back to the credit card. All refunds must be requested by completing a refund form. You can obtain the refund forms in our office or online.

If your program fee will be billed through Cal State Fullerton and your financial aid does not cover the entire bill, you will be notified via your student e-mail account when your electronic billing statement is available online. You must make payment on any outstanding balance by the due date given on the statement. You will not receive a paper bill. You may pay your bill online via Titan Online.

Ans: Whenever you login you shall be informed of your current outstanding balance. Also you can view your account report by clicking on your my account to see the transaction details.

Whenever you send an e-mail to fax, you get a reply indicating your account status along with other information. You can also call our office and ask for the balance.

There are two options if you have a credit balance on your account. If you plan to enroll in another GLSP course, you can simply leave the credit on your account and it will automatically be applied to your next term's tuition. If you prefer a refund and you paid by credit card, please contact Karen Anderson at 860-685-3977 and request a refund.

A credit balance is created when the credits (e.g. personal payments, financial aid payments, etc.) applied to a student account are in excess of the debits (charges) on the account. The Office of Student Finance reviews student account credit balances and refunds are processed by them. Please read the information, at Credit Balance Checks and the Direct Deposit Option.

You must come into the Student Accounts Office and fill out a withdrawal form. There is a cash limit of $150 per day. Larger withdrawals will be done as a check.

If you wish to close your OZtion account we will refund you the remaining balance, less a $5 processing fee. The processing fee only applies when a refund is due (balance greater than $5).
