We will make every effort to contact you 12 to 24 hours in advance for delivery. If you are not available for delivery and our office has not received any new information, the car will be placed in a terminal and the shipper will be responsible for any additional fees.

We will make every effort to contact you 24 hours prior to delivery time. If you are not available for delivery, we will keep your vehicle on the truck to deliver at a later date or we will leave it at a local storage lot. Both options will cost you more. Let us know ASAP if you will not be around for delivery.

The Post Office Agent or the carrier will leave a note in your letter box. You can then organise another time for your package to be delivered.

It may be that, due to circumstances beyond our control, delivery is not made within two days. This may mean that the flowers are late for a special occasion or have suffered a loss of quality. Notification of non-delivery should be made through our contact page In all such cases we unreservedly agree to send a replacement box or make a full refund.

We always recommend that someone be able to receive shipments. If no one is available at delivery time, FedEx will leave your package at your front or back door. If the driver deems the weather conditions severe or risk of theft high, they may leave a “request for pick up” note. We take very good care of our flowers and hope you do as well, please have someone available at delivery time, we are not responsible for deliveries left at the door.

We will endeavor to deliver all orders as best we can, however on Mother's Day, if the recipient is not at home, the courier will leave the flowers in what he/she deems to be a safe location. If there is nowhere safe to leave the order at the residence, please have the roses sent to a business or safe residential location. In the event that our couriers deem the location unsafe, the flowers will be returned to dispatch and a RosesByDesign delivery notice will be left in the letterbox and inbox.

If you are not at home/office when SingPost makes the delivery, a SingPost Notification Card will be slotted under your door for you to contact them for a 2nd delivery. Thereafter, the 3rd delivery attempt is chargeable at $21.40.

Your flowers will be delivered by UPS. The courier will try to deliver the flowers during working hours. In case you are not present the courier will leave a contact card stating that they have tried to deliver your flowers. They will try to deliver your flowers again next day. Please note: They will try to deliver the flowers up to three times.

If the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery we will attempt to leave the flowers securely on the property. If that is not possible, we will try to leave the flowers with neighbours. Either way a card will be left at the recipient's address to inform them where the flowers have been left.

For example, let us assume that in order to complete your delivery, we estimated and billed you for 8 days, which includes the time to transport our crew to and from your vessel. The delivery in fact, took 9 days to complete due to weather delays. We would bill you the additional day for the professional fees, food stipend and any costs associated with travel expenses. Should we deliver your vessel in 7 days, we would return one full day of professional fees and food stipend.

If you are not at the agreed place of delivery to accept your vehicle the carrier will find a local terminal to store your vehicle (at the owners, or your expense) until you can pickup your vehicle. Please remember that these storage costs will be at your expense and are not included in the quote price so try to be there to accept your vehicle.

Most people are not home for delivery. We deliver to garages, back doors, front doors -- any place not in direct sun and reasonably obscured from passersby. Where this is not possible, we can maintain a key to a garage, security gate or other area. We have hundreds of keys for this purpose. All keys are encrypted, so that they cannot be connected with a particular address. We have never lost a key. If lost, the keys would be useless without an encryption list.

We print and ship every Tuesday and Friday and send the plans out via 3 day US Priority Mail, postage paid.

If, at any time in the proceedings a settlement is reached by the parties, the person who filed suit must notify the Clerk's Office in writing of the settlement.

If the parties cannot reach an agreement, the parties can explore other options for settlement such as mediation, arbitration, private judging and neutral case evaluation, some of which may allow them to stay within the collaborative framework. If court hearings are required, the Collaborative Attorneys withdraw and each party retains a new attorney for trial. The Collaborative Attorney will transfer the information gathered and will assist the trial attorney in the transition.

Emergency Contacts will work nonstop using the numbers and information you have provided to reach each of your contacts. We keep a detailed log of each contact attempt and each successful notification. We only stop attempting to reach a contact when it has become indisputably clear that the person is unreachable or the contact information provided is wrong. It is the responsibility of each member to ensure that the information of the contacts provided is current and accurate.
